As previously stated, fruits can be an excellent source of fiber, and I would now like to take a look at a few more that have quite a bit of fiber in them. First I would like to take a look at a few berries that have high levels of fiber. They are probably two of the most commonly eaten berries in the United States today. First, there is the strawberry, which is a staple in any grocery store. After a simple wash, strawberries are absolutely delicious.
They are usually just eaten straight, but can be eaten dipped in chocolate, mixed in cereals, as well as a variety of other ways. The other berry is the raspberry, which is tasty as well. A little darker and a little sweeter than the strawberry I think, it is also delicious when just eaten straight up. Both of these berries also make great smoothies, which allow them to be sipped through a straw as a beverage. Another fibrous fruit is the orange, which is also extremely popular. Orange juice is one of the most popular juices in the world, and used almost everyday as part of a good breakfast. Oranges are also a good snack, or dessert from a big lunch.
